Specializing in weight training, the vast majority of our equipment consists of free weights and/or guided weight training machines, but the gym is laid out as follows:
110 TRAINING STATIONS
80 weight training stations (some multiple), including 35 with free weights and dumbbells up to 71 kg.
30 cardio stations including treadmills (unique in Geneva) and arm bikes, treadmills, various bikes, steppers, etc.
Group exercise room equipped with more than 15 spinning bikes and 15 TRX machines (exclusive to Geneva)
Cross/functional training/street workout with the Swiss-made INOTEC P6 -The Hexagon tower (included in your fitness membership).
New pure strength training area, specially developed for power lifting, weightlifting, and fit cross, also developed as a coaching room available for individual coaches to rent... The room is fully equipped.
