Contacted them to see if they could repair a particular fridge freezer. Gave them the brand, model number, year of purchase (16 years before) and description of the problem. They said they could fix any fridge. Once they arrived, we were told it wasn't fixable! They then sent me a proposal to sell me a new one days later. When I didn't buy from them, at twice the price I paid for elsewhere, they sent a bill for their time, 9 months after their visit. When payment was refused they took the matter to the Poursuites in the middle of the Pandemic.

After your phone we said we could probably fix your fridge. During our visit, we defrosted your freezer and told you to wait a few days to see if it works better. Regarding the invoice, all work merit salary. We have sent you an invoice and three reminders, one by registered mail. Without any response from you. We are at your entire disposal for any questions
