Our employees are trained and made aware of the need to work in a professional, clean, and organized manner, while complying with safety and environmental regulations. In addition, our employees have regular access to training courses to improve their knowledge and adapt to new technologies. All of the company's employees are qualified.

Our company is active in vocational training. Currently, two apprentices are in training and four former apprentices have received their certificates in the last five years.

Environmental protection is important, which is why we implement environmentally friendly construction site waste management. Our waste is systematically and regularly collected from construction sites and taken to the company's depot, where it is sorted and stored in specific skips that are removed by specialized companies.
