You will find the right environment for your training at the Sportcenter fitness club. Our trainers will support you with their expertise and experience. We work with you to set your training goals and look after you from A to Z. You train according to a plan tailored to your requirements. You increase your training efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.

TENNIS & BADMINTON

Tennis

If you want to play tennis, come to us. We offer you the opportunity to play on six tennis courts - three outdoor courts (rebound ACE surface, covered with a balloon in winter) and three indoor courts (Bross-Slide surface).

You can reserve a tennis court online. You don't have to be a member of the fitness club or take a tennis course. Young people, schoolchildren and students benefit from discounts.

The joy of playing tennis grows with mastery of the technique. The highly trained instructors at our tennis school will teach you the craft of tennis from the ground up. You can take individual and group lessons. We also teach in the evenings and at weekends and also organize taster sessions (30 minutes, with a coach).Find more information about the tennis school here (click).

Badminton

Our badminton court is available to you at any time. If you want to start playing badminton, you don't need a lot of preparatory training. The most important prerequisites are Fun with the game and enjoyment of movement. You can hire or purchase rackets and badminton shuttles from us.

Playing with a racket and shuttle (shuttlecock) promotes speed, responsiveness, coordination and fitness - and can be considered fitness training in its own right. You can easily reserve your badminton court online or by phone on 056 269 10 40.

Our badminton school offers individual and group lessons. Young people, pupils and students benefit from discounts.

CONSULTATION & TESTS

DIAGNOSTICS & CONSULTATION

In diagnostics and consultation, we show you how your health is doing. We carry out analyses and derive recommendations for promoting your health. The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is the body's control center that regulates functions such as blood pressure and digestion. The VNS analysis examines how well this center is working. We then adapt your training to your specific needs. The more effectively your metabolism works, the healthier you are.

The metabolic measurement evaluates the gases in the air you breathe and allows us to determine the quality of your metabolism. We use the measurement data to create your metabolic profile - a key basis for your training and your health. We examine your metabolism at rest (resting metabolism) and during exercise (known as spiroergometry). Nowadays, health is primarily assessed according to body composition (water, fat, etc.). We measure your body composition (BIA measurement) and thus have a further basis for ensuring your health.
