Superstructure

The main activity of our company is characterized by superstructure work. We specialize in the construction of new houses, beginning with excavation and ending with finishing works, as well as in the renovation of old houses and extensions of existing buildings. 
Many years of experience allows us to offer precise work and on time, using employees who are motivated and educated in their task.

Substructure

We have a fleet of state-of-the-art machinery, equipment and construction techniques.
Substructure work in Valposchiavo is predominantly composed of construction of roads, culverts, walls, yards, gardens. We also undertake excavation and various transports. 
Machinery and vehicles in excellent condition, together with experienced operators, are the basis for a successful substructure business.

Interiors

The final finishing touch comes with plaster! For years, we have specialized in interior and exterior plaster work on new homes or renovations.
We use pre-mixed products to be applied by machine, but we also have the knowledge to perform rustic plasters mixed on site and executed by hand, especially suitable on fallow land.

Insulation and Plasterboard

Renovated old houses are many times thermally insulated on the outside by applying so-called "exterior insulation." 
When exterior insulation is not possible, rooms are individually insulated on the inside, in most cases with plasterboard system and interposed insulation. Lowered ceilings made of plasterboard sheets or with acoustic panels are also part of the work carried out by our plasterers.
