Feeding technology
Sorting and feeding systems
The sorting and feeding systems from HAVEMO guarantee reliable and process-safe conveying, orienting and separating of your bulk goods. Cooperation and constant contact with our users result in the economical feeding technology systems of tomorrow. The centerpiece, the single or multi-lane sorting bowls, are manufactured on 5-axis CNC machines, which enables 100% reproducibility. Conveying potsHavemo bowl feeders in conjunction with conveyor bowls adapted to the material to be conveyed are particularly suitable for orienting small to very small workpieces in the correct position.
The conical design prevents the conveyed goods from jamming. Maximum functional reliability thanks to adaptation of the conveyor tracks to the workpieces. The bowls are made of wear-resistant plastic, stainless steel or aluminum to suit the material being conveyed. Aluminium bowls are hard-anodized or Teflon-coated after the installation of the sorting elements.
Spiral conveyors
Our vibratory conveyors are characterized by their low height, high conveying capacity and precise workmanship. The vibration dampers are recessed. Adjusting the vibrating elements does not change the overall height
Havemo supplies complete solutions with organizing elements for spiral and linear conveyors that are adapted to the conveyed goods. With adapted separators, accumulation monitoring, workpiece presence checks and belt binkers with level controls.
Linear conveyors
Application
Linear conveyors in conjunction with feed rails adapted to the conveyed goods are used for the linear transport of workpieces
Features
They are characterized by precise processing and high conveying capacity. Adjusting the oscillating elements does not change the overall height. An additional floating element can optionally be used to increase the conveying length.
Control units and PLC controls
For the control of our spiral and linear conveyors, we use the cost-effective SE 601 and SE 602 phase angle controllers, which effectively compensate for mains voltage fluctuations. In addition to the phase control units, our product range also includes the mains-independent SE 611 and SE 612 frequency inverters, which are also compatible with HAVEMO spiral and linear feeders.
All controllers in the SE 6XX series are built into a robust sheet steel housing.
The SE 5XX series is available as a 19" plug-in unit for control cabinet installation or installation in control combinations.We are the right partner for customer-specific PLC controllers for system solutions and special machines, from cost-effective small PLC controllers to complex PLC controllers with operating panel and control cabinet construction.
Automatic feeders
Application
The automatic feeders in the ZA0 to ZA2 series are suitable for blowing screws, threaded pins, rivets and similar small parts into the work station in the correct position. They are used for feeding:
- Manually operated pneumatic or electric screwdrivers
- Toggle lever or rack and pinion manual presses
- Automatic presses
- Stationary screwdrivers
- Robotic screwdrivers
- Coordinate screwdrivers
Features
The sorting bowls are made of wear-resistant and noise-insulating plastic. The wear parts are made of hardened tool steel. Depending on requirements, two integrable control systems are available. The presence of the workpiece is monitored on all automatic feeders.
Manual feed screwdriver
Application
The 80 W pneumatic screwdriver was developed for screwdriving applications up to 4.5 Nm. This torque corresponds to screw sizes M3 and M4. The maximum screw length is 30 mm. The shortest length is calculated from the head Ø x 1.3. Depending on the screw size, the automatic feeders ZA 1 - M90 or ZA 2 - M90 with a freely programmable PLC control and LCD display are used to feed the screws.
Features
Fixed screws ensure that the screws can be found and joined reliably thanks to three-point fixation in the nosepiece. Thanks to the automatically controlled clamping jaws, which move backwards during the screwdriving process, the screw is only in contact with the blade during the screwdriving process. This prevents the jaws from damaging the workpiece.
The screwdriver is started by manually pressing the ergonomically positioned start bar. An unintentional screwdriver start is impossible. The air motor switches off when the set torque is reached.Telescopic hand screws
Application
A well-rounded range of pneumatic or electric screwdrivers is available to solve your screwdriving tasks. Havemo supplies telescopic screwdriving attachments for both bar and gun screwdrivers. Different nosepieces are available for a wide range of applications. Automatic screw guidance is provided by the automatic feeders in the ZA0 to ZA2 series.
Features
We solve particularly complicated fastening tasks with individual custom-made products. As an option, the screwdriving attachment can be equipped with a depth control or depth adjustment. The depth control ensures that no new screw is blown in if the target screw depth is not reached.
The depth cut-off allows screws to be screwed in to an adjustable depth without reaching the full torque.
Modularity
You can see some of our many variants in the brochure. Other modules, screwdrivers and adaptations are available on request. The Havemo screwdriving attachments can be adapted to all commercially available pneumatic and electric tools

Screwdriving modules
Application
Used as a screwdriving unit in manual workstations, assembly machines or production lines. Multi-spindle design is possible. Starting can be triggered by two-hand operation, by foot switch or in production lines by a higher-level control system. Pneumatic or electric screwdrivers can be used. The screwdriver is guided by the ZA1-PE or ZA2-PE automatic feeders with microprocessor control.
Features
Adjustable stops limit the cylinder stroke. Electronic switches monitor the end positions. The speed of the feed cylinder is regulated via integrated exhaust air throttles. A stop valve prevents unintentional lowering of the screwdriver when depressurized. The screwdriver spindle and nosepiece are guided by ball-bearing profile rails. The following controls are integrated for monitoring the screwdriving process:
