Orthopaedic technology
 
Orthopaedic foot orthoses and prostheses made to measure or ready-made orthoses and sports bandages are used where the foot needs to be supported, guided, stabilized or replaced.

• Custom-made orthopaedic foot orthoses
• Custom-made orthopaedic foot prostheses
• Custom-made orthoses and sports supports (foot & knee)

Custom-made orthoses are made, for example, for painful joints such as osteoarthritis, for diseases such as MS.

Foot prostheses are used for  amputations.

Medically fabricated orthoses and supports are used for injuries to the foot and knee until they have healed or as a preventative measure for instabilities and wear and tear.
