Spitex Regio Liestal is a non-profit organization with a public mandate from the municipalities of Arboldswil, Bretzwil, Bubendorf, Frenkendorf, Füllinsdorf, Lauwil, Liestal, Lupsingen, Reigoldswil, Seltisberg, Titterten and Ziefen. It receives additional financial support from membership fees and private donations.

Around 180 medical and home care professionals work for Spitex Regio Liestal. They provide an elementary task in outpatient healthcare in the twelve municipalities with almost 40,000 inhabitants.
