From a travellers' pub to a gourmet restaurant: Cynthia and Marc have breathed their very own character into the inn over the past few years. Since 2016, they have been taking guests on a culinary journey through the historic restaurant that broadens every horizon. Head chef Marc conjures up the flavours, sommelier Cynthia the matching wine. They both remain true to their motto: the menu features both regional products and those from all over the world.
Exclusivity is a luxury these days. That's why every ingredient on your plate is carefully selected at "Aux Trois Amis". The surprise menus feature ingredients from all over the world in perfect harmony. High above Lake Biel, Marc will delight you with his haute cuisine, without a stiff collar.
