Grief seminars
Recommendations for participation
- After a loss due to death, we recommend participating in a group only after approximately 3 months.
- To help you open up about your grief, we recommend that couples and relatives participate separately in different programs.
- Our programs are not a substitute for psychotherapy. If you are undergoing therapeutic treatment, it is necessary to consult with your therapist.
- The seminar is non-denominational and open to men and women from different backgrounds.
>> We conduct a preliminary telephone interview with each registered participant before the start of the seminar.

Therapy seminars
SYSTEMIC SELF-INTEGRATION ACCORDING TO LANGLOTZ®
is a solution-oriented intensive therapy that combines elements of systemic constellations, Gestalt therapy, and archaic rituals of separation and detachment to initiate the development of the client's self and self-determination.
The constellation seminars are intended for people who want to break free from symbiotic fusions and find their own identity, feelings, and needs, and thus themselves. They are also for those who want to learn about and experience the methodology.
The ability to set healthy boundaries is particularly helpful for professionals who are confronted with the issue of closeness and distance in counseling, care, and therapeutic or pastoral contexts.

Strengthening self-healing powers - Care for Carers:
Shibashi Qi Gong is
- Meditation – an exercise and invitation to find yourself in the here and now, in the present, in the encounter: with myself, with everyone, with nature, with the mystery of life, the nourishing source, the divine that breathes in everything.
- Rooted in ancient Chinese forms of meditation and health exercises such as Tai Ji and Qi Gong. It is also known as Tai Ji Qi Gong, as it involves Qi exercises that are repeated several times (Qi Gong) and also follow a fixed sequence (Tai Ji).
- Health-promoting, a form of stress management: it harmonizes the flow of qi in the body, calms and awakens the mind, nourishes the cells with fresh breath, and strengthens joints, muscles, and organs. It is also known as the 18 health exercises of qi gong.
We teach the following forms of Qi Gong (according to Master Zhang Hao):
- Silent Shibashi (18 health exercises of Qi Gong)
- Flowing Shibashi
- Yin form of the 5 seasons
- Yang form of the 5 seasons
- Energy Greeting Movements Qi Gong
- Harmonizing the Whole Being
- Harmonizing Heaven and Earth
- Wild Goose Qi Gong (Dayan Qi Gong Compact Form)
- Fire Energy Qi Gong
