Recommendations for participation

-           After a loss due to death, we recommend participation in the group only after approx. 3 months.

-           To enable you to open up to your grief, we recommend that couples and relatives take part in various activities separately.

-           Our services are not a substitute for psychotherapy. If you are undergoing therapeutic treatment, consultation with the therapist is necessary.

-           The seminar is denominationally neutral and open to men and women from different backgrounds.

Rituals mark the transitions in life in every society: Birth and death, growing up, marriage and separation, binding and loosening, farewells and new beginnings. Mourners need a lot of beauty, because beauty comforts.

Shibashi Qi Gong is

• Meditation - an exercise and invitation to find oneself in the here and now, in the present, in the encounter: with myself, with every you, with nature, with the mystery of life, the nourishing primal source, the divine that breathes in everything

• rooted in ancient Chinese forms of meditation and health exercises such as Tai Ji and Qi Gong. It is also known as Tai Ji Qi Gong, as it involves Qi exercises that are repeated several times (Qi Gong) and are also in a fixed sequence (Tai Ji)
• Health-promoting, a form of stress management: it harmonizes the flow of Qi in the body, calms and awakens the mind, nourishes the cells with fresh breath, strengthens joints, muscles and organs. It is also known as the 18 health exercises of Qi Gong.
