 Hypnosis is the key to the subconscious. This is the place where our memories, conflicts, habits, desires, fears and much more are stored

.

 I use various techniques to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. The focus is now on the goal, the wish, what we discussed in the preliminary talk.
In this trance, our memories are clearly arranged, clear thoughts and images are now activated with the support of me.

We will look at the subconscious programming, habits and beliefs that have a disruptive influence on everyday life. With the appropriate method, these are deleted and replaced with new images / beliefs.

 

Personality development

The interest in understanding oneself better and  personality traits that develop and shape in early childhood and adolescence through the family and cultural situation are looked at together.

HypnoEFT

EFT3 is a new version of tapping therapy that is carried out with me as the therapist. The fears and traumas are formulated in the third person. Difficult situations can be lived through and changed without emotions.

This tapping technique offers quick and efficient problem-solving for acute and chronic conditions in therapy and then at home.

It is used for anxiety disorders, phobias and traumas.

 

PSYCH-K 

is a highly effective method where in a very short time limiting belief patterns in your own life, whether in your private life or at work, can be changed in a targeted and sustainable way 

PSYCH-K is not just about dissolving blockages.

"What do I want instead?"   is the crucial question.

This question supports us in creating the life we long for. PSYCH-K takes into account the fact that our subconscious mind controls around 95% of our processes. At the same time, we know that our consciousness is what makes us human. PSYCH-K aligns the conscious and subconscious mind with the same goal. This means we stop sabotaging ourselves.

PSYCH-K brings about rapid subconscious change with simultaneous conscious awareness.

It is ingenious for us humans that the skills of our two brain hemispheres interlock like cogwheels and thus combine their perceptions into one. Integrated brain function is a prerequisite for successful learning and living. "Integrated" means that both hemispheres of the brain are used together, complementing and optimizing each other. In today's "left-brain dominant" world, this means that we should activate and strengthen the right hemisphere. Just as we would limp if we only put full weight on one foot and dragged the other unused, we hinder ourselves if we only use the skills of our left brain.

The integration of our two hemispheres with PSYCH-K creates calm and peace in our heads.

We use kinesiology muscle testing as a biofeedback system for the body.

 

What is AuraSurgery?

AuraSurgery is virtual surgery in the subtle human body (aura).
It assumes that all processes in our organism are constantly reflected by this subtle body and that all changes in the subtle body, for example through surgical interventions, have an effect on the physical body.

Per hour: CHF 140.- 

If you are unable to attend, please cancel up to 48 hours before the appointment so that the time reserved for you does not have to be charged.

These therapy costs are not covered by health insurance
