In the first meeting, you familiarize us with the property and formulate your goals. You provide us with the following documents to prepare a quote:

• Situation plan 1:500 with coordinate crosses
• Floor plan of the property
• Year of construction of the building
• Birth dates of the residents (with place and time of birth if you would like a Chinese horoscope)

Functional requirements, economic possibilities, living and lifestyle, environment and legal regulations are included in the planning.
