The" Dr. med. Giovanni Ferrari, born in 1976 and a Bellinzona resident, attended the medical school of the University of Zurich where he graduated in 2002. In 2008 he obtained his first FMH specialty title in pediatrics at the Aarau Cantonal Hospital, and in 2012 he obtained his second FMH specialty title in allergology and clinical immunology at the University Hospital of Zurich. In 2010, he obtained the EAACI European specialty title in allergology and clinical immunology. Since July 1, 2012, he has held the position of Physician-in-Chief of Allergology and Clinical Immunology at the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valleys and has been practicing at his own practice since December 2, 2020

Specifically, he is in charge of the diagnosis, treatment and taking care of the whole spectrum of allergic diseases (rhinoconjunctivitis, bronchial asthma, food allergies, atopic dermatitis, bee and wasp venom allergies, medicinal allergies, contact allergies) as well as food intolerances and diseases of the immune system from pediatric to adult age."
