ORIGINS
Safeinvest SA was founded in August 1972 in Lugano as a trust company for the management and auditing of small and medium-sized companies and for accounting and tax needs for individuals.

Over the years, Safeinvest SA has specialized in providing management and professional help to SMEs in the internal areas of accounting, personnel management, tax and credit files, and strategic plan management.
Property Management
We also take care of property management for individuals and condominium properties, annual statements, contacts with tenants and condominiums, rent collection, condominium expense calculations, common space management and relations with various suppliers or artisans.
