After graduating in 1991 with a law degree from the University of Fribourg (CH), Francesco Wicki (1966) fulfilled his legal practice for the bar examinations in Lugano at the Court of Appeal and at the law firm of lawyer Roberto Macconi. In 1994 he was licensed as a lawyer in Lugano, and in 1995 he was admitted to practice as a public notary.

Since 1995 Francesco Wicki has worked in Lugano as a lawyer and notary public at the family firm, which he became the owner of in 2007.

In 2002, he earned an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Zurich, specializing in contract and arbitration law. In 2019, he obtained the FSA specialist lawyer diploma in inheritance law ("Fachanwalt SAV Erbrecht").

Francesco Wicki represents individuals and legal entities in probate and foundation law practices, civil and commercial litigation, executive, bankruptcy and criminal proceedings. He is also a notary public, particularly in the corporate field.

Francesco Wicki assists the firm's clients in Italian, German, Swiss German, English, French and Spanish.
