It was in 1987 that Paul Sandoz took over the company. Then, with his son Patrice, they developed the field of household appliances and kitchen fittings.

In 2008, Patrice Sandoz became sales director.

Since July 2017, the store and exhibition space has moved to Lully, at Chemin de Paudex 5.
