Down to the smallest detail

The milled and sintered zirconium framework is further processed by hand. The individual layering of fine-structure ceramics gives the dental crown its final shape and color. After firing the ceramic in a kiln at approx. 900°C, the tooth is finished with rotating instruments and finally glazed.
