Overview
The small animal practice Lyssbach was opened in May 2004; today 4 veterinarians, 6 veterinary practice assistants (TPA), 4 TPA apprentices, a chiropractor and a homeopath take care of the well-being of your dogs, cats, zoo animals and pets here in the center of Lyss.
In addition to preventive measures such as vaccinations, worming and regular health checks in a pleasant atmosphere, we offer your animals comprehensive care in the event of illness or accidents. A modern infrastructure, continuous further training for our vets and practice assistants and close collaboration with specialists in various fields enable us to provide our patients with the best possible care in every situation.
Philosophy
Our ultimate goal as a veterinary practice is, of course, the well-being of our patients. We believe that achieving this goal requires more than just specialist knowledge, ongoing staff training and a modern infrastructure:
As different as our patients are, as different are you, their owners - with your experiences, insights and very personal philosophies of life. This means that different people in the same situation have very different views and needs - especially when it comes to the well-being of their pet.
Our task as a veterinary practice is therefore not only to assist our patients according to all the rules of modern medical art, but also to respond to the personal needs of the owners and to find the optimal solution for both the animal and the owner in every problem situation.
In concrete terms, this means that if an animal is ill or injured, there are often several ways to tackle or solve the problem. In this situation, we see ourselves not only as providers of medical services, but above all as advisors and mediators.
