Cuennet électricité et Associés S.A. was founded in 1997 in Marly by Pierre-Alain Cuennet, who holds a federal master's degree in electrical installation. Since September 1, 2016, the company has changed its legal structure to a Société Anonyme.

This transition also involves the arrival of two new partners joining Pierre-Alain Cuennet at the head of the company. Their names are no strangers to Cuennet électricité et Associés S.A., as they are two employees who have been loyal to our company since it was founded in 1997: Laurent Guillet and Alberto Raigoso, chief fitters in the current structure.

This change comes at a time of great change for Cuennet.
