Excellent Service!!!

My family and I were returning to Stuttgart from Chamonix in a rental car (we were in Europe from America). We had trouble removing the snow chains from our tires and couldn’t drive our car any further. We had to spend the night in Martigny because we couldn’t find help. The next morning we stopped at this auto body shop hoping we could borrow wire cutters to cut the chains off the tires. I only speak a little French and had to use Google Translate to explain our problem. Even though the shop was closed, the lovely gentleman who was there was willing to help us. He and a young woman who had arrived put the car on a lift, removed the tires, removed the chains, and replaced the tires. They hardly charged us anything. We are so thankful for their kindness and willingness to help us! I wish I had remembered to ask their names. Merci beaucoup! Nous vous souhaitons use marveilleuse nouvelle annee!
