Muntu workshops offer Human Training based on 30 years of clinical development in helping people with post-traumatic stress in Rwanda. Trained by Rwandan bridge-builders for peace, our main tools are inspired by the work of Zdzislaw Zywica, Aurea Mukamutesa and Jeanine Guindon, as well as realist philosophy: the rereading of experience, confrontation with reality through the "gaze" (holistic intelligence), tension management and free decision-making.
