Located in the heart of Martigny, in the shade of the centuries-old plane trees of the Place Centrale, Steve and Arnaud welcome you to the "Steak House Martigny"(formerly Les Platanes) restaurant, open non-stop from 11am to 10pm, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays open 11am-2pm and 6pm-10pm. The restaurant is close to shops, 10 minutes' walk from the train station and the famous Pierre Gianadda Foundation.
The restaurant seats approx. 40 inside, 60 on the charming terrace and approx. 25 in the carnotzet, a genuine Valais cellar. The entire indoor restaurant is smoke-free.
The Steak House team offers regional dishes, suggestions renewed every week, and the House specialty proves to be without question the Swiss beef pavé on slates accompanied by sauces, to choose from, elaborated by the Chef.
In 2006, the establishment was awarded the "Saveurs du Valais" label, which means you can enjoy, all year round, dishes based on typical local products, including:
