La Chambre immobilière du Valais is the body that defends and promotes built and unbuilt property in the French-speaking Valais region. Our non-profit association brings together nearly 2000 owners and managers.

Our main objectives:

• Support, represent and defend land ownership in the canton
.
• Promote home ownership
• In the face of increasingly complicated legislation, inform and advise homeowners
• Make working documents available to owners and managers
• Study any draft legislation affecting land ownership
.
• Be the members' intermediary with the relevant authorities and departments
• Contribute to proposing reasonable land use planning
• Inform and advise homeowners on energy efficiency
• Provide our members with the free "Propriété" magazine published by the Fédération immobilière romande (FRI), our umbrella body

Each CIV member is entitled to one free consultation per year with one of these consultancies. Specialists are on hand to provide you with any legal information you may require, in the field of landlord-tenant relations.
