.For years we have been seriously and professionally involved in Coaching. We operate mainly between Lugano and Mendrisio, with focus on three particular areas: Life Coaching, Sport Coaching and Business Coaching. But...what is meant by the term Coaching?
.Coaching is a method of self-discovery and approach to the reality around us aimed at improving individual performance. Through the discovery and development of one's resources it becomes possible to effectively and purposefully pursue one's goals. Coaching is based on the logic of potential (not deficit), with the aim of improving personal potentialities and harnessing the uniqueness of the person. According to this logic, awareness, responsibility, trust and autonomy become basic concepts in the accompaniment process. It is a philosophy applicable on both the individual and the group. The words do and action characterize the path of Coaching, with the goal of bringing concreteness and certainty to our life projects. Coaching can for all intents and purposes be considered a real tool to achieve happiness and wellbeing.
All’inizio non ci credevo , poi mi sono fatto guidare e a sua volta ho acquisito fiducia , oggi posso dire finalmente di essere me stesso ! Ho imparato ad amarmi e a credere in me e di tutte le mie potenzialità che prima non sapevo esprimere . Ora posso dire che la vita é bella e va vissuta .
