CY Engineering Sàrl is an engineering firm specializing in building technology, more specifically in the fields of energy, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and control.

Our services start from the preliminary study to the acceptance of installations.

We provide technical support to customers (building owners, architects, public authorities, private clients, etc.), planning HVAC installations from feasibility studies, through to the preparation of invitations to tender, and right up to construction supervision and final acceptance.

Energy approvals (Phase 33) : ✅
We apply our know-how to building permit applications by carrying out thermal studies (thermal balance, input of energy forms, energy concepts, labeling, subsidies, etc.) for construction projects involving villas, apartment blocks, industrial or commercial buildings.

HVACR technical studies (Phase 31 to 53) : ✅
Our core business is the implementation of technically efficient concepts. At the preliminary design stage, we produce plant or work descriptions, schematic diagrams, 2D drawings and finally cost estimates. Preparing specifications and/or tenders remains one of our most important tasks. We draw up clear and precise invitations to tender, so as to offer our customers the best value for money for the refurbishment of existing installations (during renovation) or for new installations. We also monitor the work to ensure that the initial specifications drawn up in consultation with the customer are respected, and that deadlines are met.

Technical and energy optimization : ✅
Finally, we offer technical and energy optimization services for existing HVAC systems. This can start with a feasibility study for the replacement of a current heat producer that has become obsolete, for example, or a study of the building's thermal envelope with the production of a CECB or a technical report (technical audits).
