CY Engineering Sàrl is an engineering firm specializing in building technology, particularly in the fields of energy, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and control systems.

Our services range from preliminary studies to the acceptance of installations.

We offer technical support to clients (project owners, architects, property managers, private clients, etc.) by planning HVAC installations from the feasibility study stage, through the preparation of calls for tenders, to the monitoring of works and final acceptance.

Energy permits (Phase 33): ✅
We apply our expertise to building permit applications by carrying out thermal studies (thermal balance, energy form completion, energy concepts, labeling, subsidies, etc.) for villa, residential, industrial, and commercial construction projects.

CVCR technical studies (Phases 31 to 53): ✅
The core of our business is the implementation of technically efficient concepts. During the preliminary design phase, we produce descriptions of installations or works, schematic diagrams, 2D plans, and finally cost estimates. The preparation of specifications and/or tenders remains one of the most important tasks we perform. We draw up precise and clear calls for tenders in order to offer our clients the best value for money for the renovation of existing installations (during a refurbishment) or for new installations. Our mission is also to monitor the work to ensure that the initial specifications established in consultation with the client are fully complied with and that deadlines are met.

Technical and energy optimization: ✅
Finally, we offer technical and energy optimization services for existing HVAC installations. This can start with a feasibility study for the replacement of a current heat generator that has become obsolete, for example, or a study of the building's thermal envelope with the production of a CECB or a technical report (technical audits).
