Manz Isolazioni SA installs roofing systems for flat roofs, terraces, and balconies, as well as rooftop gardens and underground slabs, using Sika - Sarnafil® synthetic membranes or polymer-modified bitumen membranes.

The synthetic waterproofing membrane for flat roofs, made from high-quality flexible polyolefins (TPO) with glass fiber reinforcement, is UV-resistant, ensuring a long service life.

It is an eco-friendly, hot-air-weldable waterproofing membrane designed for application in all weather conditions. The reinforcement is fully encapsulated, eliminating the risk of delamination or water absorption. It offers excellent dimensional stability.
Sarnafil® T, “made in Switzerland,” has been used successfully for over 25 years on flat roofs and offers reliable, long-lasting protection. It is the first waterproofing membrane to have earned the “eco-1” designation from eco-bau, which once again confirms its leading position in environmental performance.
Whether under a green roof or a layer of gravel, with or without a protective and wear layer, Sarnafil® T waterproofing systems are suitable for every type of application and protect a roof for several decades. The production facilities fully comply with the highest Swiss quality standards.

Roofing with polymer-modified bitumen (SBS) membranes offers excellent waterproofing performance and ensures a long service life.

The roofing is walkable and is installed in combination with a thermal or acoustic insulation layer, or on “cold” roofs without insulation and covered with gravel or paving.

Thermal insulation optimizes the building’s energy efficiency by effectively preventing heat loss, ensuring indoor comfort even during high summer temperatures.

Our employees regularly attend specialized courses on job site safety and work only when protective scaffolding, fall-arrest systems, and lifelines are in place.

We specialize in the design and installation of permanent fall-arrest systems for flat roofs, compliant with SIA Standard 271 and SUVA Construction regulations, which are necessary to safely perform maintenance work (roofing, solar panel installations, etc.).
Without these essential prerequisites, we will be forced to postpone the start of work!
