Alp'Sports Thérapies is pleased to make available a fitness room accessible to everyone. This space, equipped with Technogym brand equipment, enables everyone to develop their physical capacities to the full in the areas of endurance, muscle strengthening, proprioception-coordination and flexibility.

The "my wellness system" tracking system, a recent innovation from the firm Technogym, offers effective and fun training with monitoring of resultsand personal progress via computer assistance. Using a Technogym key, you'll be able to adjust the settings on your machines and follow your training programs defined after basic instruction with an Alp'Sports Thérapies staff member. This method therefore makes workouts simple, intuitive and safe by offering motivating interaction between the machines and their users.

Finally, a sauna is available to relax after intense workouts.
