Heat pump
Modern – efficient – economical
A heat pump is a heating system that uses ambient heat to heat the interior of a building. It basically works like a refrigerator that transports heat from the inside to the outside, but in the opposite direction. A heat pump consists of a compressor, a refrigerant, an evaporator, and a condenser. The refrigerant evaporates in the evaporator, absorbing heat from the environment. The compressor compresses the gas, which increases the temperature of the refrigerant. The heat generated is then transferred to the building's heating system in the condenser.
Sustainable heat generation from the ground, water, or air
Quiet operation
Efficient and economical
Oil and gas heating
Proven – consistent
Oil and gas heating systems use fossil fuels to generate heat. Oil heating systems burn heating oil, while gas heating systems run on natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas. The fuel is burned in a burner to generate heat, which is then transferred to the heating system. The exhaust gases are discharged via a chimney.
Wood heating
Sustainable – natural
Wood heating systems use wood as fuel to generate heat. There are different types of wood heating systems, such as wood chip boilers, pellet boilers, and log boilers. The heat is generated by burning the wood and transferred to the building's heating system. The exhaust gases are discharged through a chimney. Wood heating systems are a more environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels, as wood is a renewable resource.
