If required, we expand our core competence in HVAC with external plumbing and/or electrical planners known to us. Operational optimization Approx. 50% of the total energy consumption in Switzerland is caused by buildings. Around 40% of this is accounted for by building services, i.e. heating, hot water, ventilation, air conditioning, appliances, lighting, etc. This enormous amount of energy often offers great potential for savings without compromising comfort or restricting use. Through the functional analysis of existing systems, operational optimization often contributes "sustainably" to effective energy savings and the associated CO2 reduction.
