Ufwärts

Ufwärts is a social enterprise based in Münsingen.
We want to support and accompany disadvantaged people on the path to professional and social integration. Through individually adapted jobs, people who have been made redundant should be brought closer to the primary labor market and, if possible, find a job again.
People in challenging situations should receive help from us. In addition to the jobs, we offer advice and support and, if necessary, we also put people in touch with other specialist agencies.
We draw inspiration and motivation for our work from our Christian faith, as well as respect and esteem for the people entrusted to us.
We hope that our work will help people's lives to "move upwards" again and give them new prospects for their lives.

Our way of working

We offer customized jobs for people who have been assigned to us in collaboration with social services. The work is designed to bring our employees closer to the primary labor market. Through support and advice, they discover their resources and learn how to use them in a targeted manner, and they can also train their key skills. The work is carried out in groups. A group consists of employees and a group leader who guides them with the necessary specialist knowledge so that we can carry out the assignments to your satisfaction.
