The Alternative Medicine Studio offers various therapies such as Plantar and Palm Reflexology, Reflexology.

 In addition to natural medicine therapies, the studio offers courses and seminars. Seminars are conducted for individuals, couples or groups with a maximum of 5 to 6 people dedicated to the topics of Self-Esteem and Maslow's Pyramid .

We also offer  other continuing education courses such as chakra reflexology, lymphatic reflexology, Storytelling and other courses upon request.

Therapies of Nancy De Novellis's Alternative Medicine Studio

Plantar and Palmar Reflexology

Dr. W. Fitzerlald (1872-1942) is considered the rediscoverer of this method. In 1902 he began to study and experiment with what he called "ZONAL THERAPY" now recognized as plantar reflexology. The concept of this method is treatment by pressure with the fingers of the hands on specific points on the foot or hands. This was already known 5000 years ago in India and China, in Europe, however, around 1852. While in various tribes American Indians come to know the reflex reports treating their diseases and this technique is still practiced in Indian reservations.

Foot or palmar reflexology, helps the individual to recover energy balance and gives wellness to health.

This is known as the "Science of Reflexes," understood as the areas are connected to determining organs of the body, there is based on the principle that on the feet and hands we find reflected all organs, glands, stimulates circulation, nervous system and immune system.

Chakra Reflexology

Chakra reflexology is a very ancient, spiritual technique practiced by Hindu sages. There are 7 chakra points, they are vortices of energy and have the ability to bring back balance and unblock emotions. They are positioned along the spine starting from the bottom moving upward.

Chromotherapy and Reflexology

Chromotherapy is known as healing through colors.In 1666, physicist and astronomer Isaac Newton discovered that sunlight contains all 7 colors of the rainbow, each of which has its own function.

Already in the past from Greece and ancient Egyptian times, color therapy was practiced, but also in ancient Indian and Chinese civilizations, they were used to restore harmony and balance. The color of clothing or cultural spheres are attributed to colors of determinant meanings or powers, as in religion (black cassock), in rituals and politics, or as a black robe we see during a trial wearing a prosecutor or magistrate,..

As we can see, color therapy does not work only with lights, also with the colors of our clothing, or by simply using small pieces of fabric and placing them on determinant points we will have a therapeutic effect.

Reflexocromy is always chromotherapy but carried out on the feet, we work on the reflexology points, with certain colors (a 2-minute one and a 20-second one) the one that acts is the second one, it works on the pathology and stimulates the organ.

The seminars offered by the alternative medicine studio are conducted for individuals, couples or groups with a maximum of 5 to 6 people. The seminars have a duration of 6 to 8 hours and a certificate of participation will be given at the end.
