TILES - GRANITE - MOSAICS - PARQUET - INSULATION - REPAIRS - PAINTING
Company operating since 2012 thanks to his constant commitment and a lot of professional seriousness, stands out in the world of ceramics, floor tiles, and wall tiles. Robert Trendafilov responsible for the company, from which comes the name of his company itself, starts working in 1998 as an apprentice tiler becomes a federally qualified tiler.
Thanks to his efforts in 2012 he opened Trend Tiles, which in 2014 with its specialization in all fields of renovation the company took the name Ediltstrend Tiles and Flooring.
We carry out turnkey projects, including bathroom renovation with masonry, painting and final cleaning.
TILES
The tiles also characterized by reduced thickness, can present multiple geometric shapes: squares, rectangles, hexagons, etc., of varying sizes and can be made of different materials (brick, grit, marble, ceramic, cement, etc.)
.The surface abrasion resistance of the tile is measured in PEI (ranging from 0 to 5) by which is measured the ability of the glaze of the tile to resist trampling, the passage of people, furniture or machinery, without losing the original aesthetic characteristics.
The "friction capacity" of a tile, that is, the resistance to the sliding of a body over its surface, is determined by the treatment process of the surface itself, which may be polished, bush-hammered or worked in such a way that it is not completely smooth.
To obtain stronger tiles, the mixture should be fired at higher temperatures so that the clay solidifies with a higher molecular density.
Ediltrend, should you wish to purchase, also handles only the sale of tiles and processing materials
PARQUET
Parquet flooring is flooring composed of solid wood of varying thickness or the assembly of individual wood elements with a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm to a substrate that can be birch plywood or other before laying.
In addition to the aforementioned traditional single-layer solid wood floors, there are so-called prefinished multi-layer floors on the market consisting of a top layer of noble wood, the thickness of which can vary, depending on the product.
Commonly used noble woods are oak, doussié, wenge, olive, walnut, iroko, teak, merbau, afrormosia, beech, Cabreuva, Panga Panga and Padouk.
Because they are pre-finished in the laboratory (and not on site), they lend themselves to special finishes such as staining through pigments, pickling (i.e., pigment staining in contrast between the fiber and the wood base), fiber brushing (which gives a rough effect; is the opposite of sanding), microbeveling of the board sides (beveled edges and not sharp edges), hand planing, split edges on the various sides of the board, saw plane (the surface of the board has cross-sawing with respect to the grain pattern), thermotreating (left to dry for x time at x temperature the noble wood changes color tone by darkening throughout the thickness).
Final treatment can be oil or varnish. The oil finish (vegetable ones have almost no toxic residues) requires constant maintenance and is not water repellent in the first period of life (a year or so with proper maintenance) so it is prone to halos but gives the most natural look.
The varnishes are more natural.
Varnishes are easier to maintain and there are "natural UV or wax effect" paints on the market with less gloss gloss than satin (semi-glossy)
Ediltrend, should you wish to purchase, also deals only with the sale of parquet and processing materials
SILICONES
Silicones or polysiloxanes are inorganic polymers based on a silicon-oxygen chain and organic functional (R) groups bonded to silicon atoms. The term initially denoted compounds having generic formula R2Si=O, in analogy to ketones.
In fact, it was believed that they could be isolated as monomeric compounds, but even after the discovery of the true structure, the name was still used, and still is, to refer to organopolysiloxanes.
Silicone polymers are used for numerous applications, particularly to obtain silicone rubbers, for the production of which they are added to reinforcing silicas and as a stationary phase for liquid mobile phase chromatography columns.
IMBANCING
Wall coatings
Mural cladding in construction is the outermost layer applied to a vertical structure of a building to give it adequate resistance to mechanical stress and aggression from chemical and weathering agents, as well as a finish at the aesthetic level. External coatings have the function of giving the perimeter walls an adequate behavior with respect to mechanical stresses and aggressions brought by the external environment and weather phenomena (inclement weather).
Interior coatings
The function of interior coatings is to give wall surfaces a degree of finish and decoration, while also facilitating cleaning operations by ensuring, in particular environments, asepticity and disinfectability.
Interior coatings are subject to very little mechanical stress while they can be attacked by chemical aggression from the use of substances and detergents.
Plaster is the most commonly used coating on brick or concrete walls; it is made with mortars of different compositions and can take on various finishes
There are also special types of plasters equipped with refined surface finishes; among them, brick-peat plasters, matt and glossy plasters are of considerable interest because they simulate the appearance of other materials.
Insulation
insulation and waterproofing of swimming pools, kitchens, bathrooms, homes, of interiors and exteriors
