SCHEIDEGGER + PARTNER AG, engineers and planners, was founded as a public limited company on June 27, 1995 in Baden. The company emerged from the former general partnership Scheidegger + Partner. The share capital is owned by KOPA Holding AG and the management, consisting of Roman Schenker and Patrick Hochstrasser. Christoph Koch manages the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Roman Schenker and Stefan Giess are also represented on the Board of Directors. A branch office has been operated in Muri / AG since September 1, 2014.

Scheidegger + Partner AG is divided into the areas of civil engineering, spatial development and geomatics.

The market area is mainly located in the Aargau East region (Baden-Zurzach-Lenzburg-Freiamt).
