The Murten and Surrounding Area Ambulance and Rescue Service is a non-profit organization run as an association. Its activities are financed by transport revenues, per capita municipal contributions, contributions from the canton of Vaud, and donations from patrons and sponsors.

To ensure a 24-hour on-call service, two teams are on duty during the day and one at night.

Thanks to the many voluntary donations and contributions from patrons, the Murten and Surrounding Area Ambulance and Rescue Service is able to operate with state-of-the-art ambulances.

Our motto:
Every franc donated is used 1:1 for the purchase of equipment.

This ensures transparency and guarantees that donations are used efficiently. On behalf of our patients, we would like to thank all donors and patrons who have supported us so far or who wish to make a contribution in the future.
