For 75 years at the service of its customers:

- 1939 Edgar Kaltenrieder founded fiduciaire Effika in Peseux
- 1961 Maurice Pointet, son-in-law of the deceased founder, took over the management
- 1980 Fiduciaire Pointet S.A. moved from Peseux to its new premises in Neuchâtel
- 1986 Hugues Pointet joined the company

Hugues Pointet has a university education, culminating in an HEC degree in economics with a major in business management. In addition, he has undergone specific training to qualify as a fiduciary agent.

He is an expert auditor registered with the ASR federal register.

In 1976, Hubert Gnaegi joined the fiduciary. He is responsible for accounting and tax files, as well as the management department.

Alexandre Broillet began his apprenticeship in 1997 and completed it in 2000. Upon completion, he was hired as a qualified employee. Since then, he has regularly taken training courses in various fields to consolidate his knowledge. In 2008, he attended the USPI courses and obtained the USPI qualified employee diploma. In 2009, he became a partner and shareholder in the company. He is responsible for accounting and tax matters.

Trustee Pointet S.A. is a member of FIDUCIAIRE|SUISSE, one of the two recognized professional organizations in Switzerland. This is a guarantee of quality in the work provided, as admission conditions are regulated and continuing education is required.
