Description
ANEMPA, the Association neuchâteloise des établissements et maisons pour personnes âgées, is the main umbrella organization for institutions for the elderly in the canton of Neuchâtel, bringing together around 1,300 residents and 1,800 staff.
Created in 1971 and active since 1972, ANEMPA brings together 27 non-profit medical-social institutions, active in the reception, accommodation and support of the elderly and people with physical or mental disabilities or in situations of dependency.
ANEMPA represents and defends the interests of its members, who support and accommodate around 1,500 beneficiaries and employ over 1,800 staff, corresponding to 1,300 positions in care and the socio-hotel field (animation, hotel management, housekeeping and administration).
Signatory to the CCT Santé21 (the collective bargaining agreement for the Neuchâtel healthcare sector) and member of 27 non-profit medical-social institutions, active in the reception, accommodation and support of the elderly and people with physical or mental disabilities or in situations of dependency.
ANEMPA represents and defends the interests of its members, who support and accommodate around 1,500 beneficiaries and employ more than 1,800 staff, corresponding to 1,300 positions in the care and socio-hotel sectors (entertainment, hospitality, housekeeping and administration).
Signatory of the CCT Santé21 (the collective bargaining agreement for the Neuchâtel healthcare sector) and a member of Curaviva Suisse (the national association of homes and social institutions), ANEMPA is part of a network of exchanges and actions at cantonal and national level.
