Visiting hours
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the following rules must be observed to ensure the safety of patients and healthcare staff:
- Visits are only permitted between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (last entry at 5:00 p.m. - departure at 5:30 p.m.)
- Maximum of one visitor per patient per day
- Visits are limited to one hour
Masks must be worn at all times, and barrier measures must be observed.Visitors must disinfect their hands before entering the room, avoid any physical contact with the patient, and remain seated on a chair at least 1 meter away from the hospitalized person. Visitors must also keep their personal belongings (clothing, handbags, etc.) on their lap or on the floor, always at a safe distance from the patient's bed.
Visits to patients suspected of having or suffering from coronavirus remain prohibited, except in special cases, particularly when the person's life is at risk, in intensive care, or in end-of-life situations.
Special conditions also apply in pediatrics (both parents may be present) and for visits to the maternity ward (father may be present). In the maternity ward, siblings may visit the newborn and mother for an initial introduction (outside the maternity ward, visits by minors under the age of 12 are not permitted).
Priority is given to medical care and visits.
We thank you for your understanding and for informing your family and friends, who may be asked to leave your room.
Any special cases can be discussed with the nurse in charge of the ward.
