Il Gusto Svizzera GmbH consists of three founding members who have made it their mission to deliver Neapolitan pizza and Italian pasta to households in St. Gallen.
The range is complemented by fresh salads. Among other things, our mission is to work exclusively with products of the highest quality.
Of course, it is not only the product selection that is responsible for the authentic and delicious taste, but also the pizzaiolo in the kitchen, our partner Alessandro Perini, whose roots are in Verona.
He has over 15 years of professional experience as a pizzaiolo. As a pizza maker in Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, and western and eastern Switzerland, he has had the honor of working in the most renowned pizza restaurants. Among other things, Alessandro was responsible for training Neapolitan pizzaiolos in Naples.
