Consultations

We are happy to provide you with expert advice on your building envelope project. It is important to us not just to "quickly" renovate a roof or façade. We are interested in working out sensible details for partial renovations so that there are no unpleasant surprises in the next renovation stage. We will be happy to provide you with information about problem areas such as damp, mold or water stains and find a solution together. Building physics calculations are also included.

Offers

We take our time and provide you with a detailed and carefully prepared quotation. This includes an on-site inspection and consultation. Depending on the situation, exploratory openings are made to analyze the roof or wall structure. We then draw up a quotation that still corresponds to the work carried out at the end of the renovation. The quotation is prepared promptly after the meeting and discussed with you again.
