A seasonal " bistronomic " cuisine, selections of dishes, made on the spot " à la minute" so as to preserve the taste and structure of the product. Member of the Label " Fait Maison " since 2017.
We use exclusively fresh local produce and premium quality, favoring regional producers.
A fine selection of fish from Lake Geneva and the sea including the famous Bouillabaisse " maison " and the Italian-style fish soup, which have become famous in the region.
