The office was founded in 1979 by Mr. Michel MARTIN, the sole proprietorship was transformed into a limited company in 1983 with the arrival of Mrs. Marcela MARTIN - JILKOVA Architect EPFL / SIA.

In 2015, the office consisted of 6 people, architects, draftsmen, interns, apprentices and secretary.

As of 2016, our offices will be transferred to rue du Forum in Nyon

Our company is represented in Verbier by the architectural firm MARTIN & MICHELLOD SA. We have been located at 36, Rue de la Gare in Nyon since 1983, and every year we have trained apprentices.

Our business is based in Verbier.

Our business has expanded throughout Romandie.
We have taken part in competitions: tennis hall, sports center, school, etc.

Our activities are linked to our profession, namely:

• Transformations, villas, rental properties, commercial buildings, administrative buildings, schools, community halls, etc.
• We have carried out neighborhood plans for villas, administrative buildings, communal master plan.
• We adapt to the customer's taste for contemporary or traditional.
• We also represent the client in dealings with prime contractors.
• We act as experts for banks and insurance companies in valuing real estate and land.
• We are sometimes developers.
