We are also in contact with insurance companies to ensure you receive the best possible service. We'll take care of your accident declaration, the appraisal and relieve you of all the administrative procedures involved in settling claims.

THE RECEPTION
Our staff are at your disposal for any information you may require, as well as to organize your vehicle's passage through our workshops, keeping downtime to a minimum.

The SALE
The three sales advisors are committed to working with you so that you can acquire the car that matches your needs and wishes. They will also suggest the ideal financing solutions for your budget, with our partners.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
We place great importance on the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. After the purchase of your vehicle, we offer a wide range of services to meet all your needs.

The WORKSHOP
A team of 11 mechanics is committed to ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards, in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines and within the promised timeframe.
While we are OPEL distributors and MAZDA sales outlets, we are also able to service and repair vehicles of all makes.

The STORE
Our store stocks some 10,000 genuine OPEL and MAZDA spare parts. Just like our workshop, it guarantees you permanent availability of the most common spare parts. What's more, any parts we don't have in stock will be delivered within 24 hours.

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR MOBILITY
During the brief period your car is out of action, we offer you a wide range of solutions to ensure your mobility.

• public transportation is offered to you;
• a shuttle to the station is offered to you (departure from the garage at 7:30 and 8:00 am / return from the station at 5:30 and 6:00 pm;
• an electric bike is loaned to you free of charge;
• a rental car, from CHF 45.- per day;
• home pick-up (10 km round trip CHF 50.- and 20 km round trip CHF 80.-).

BERGER RENT

You'd like to treat yourself to a vehicle for a weekend?
We have a wide range of rental vehicles at very attractive rates.
Weekends: Friday 6:00 pm to Monday 7:30 am
Week: Monday 8:00 am to Friday 5:00 pm

BERGER QUALITY SECOND-HAND
We have a very good reputation when it comes to our used vehicle fleet. As soon as they are taken back, the vehicles are meticulously inspected, overhauled and prepared for resale. What's more, many of our vehicles come from regular customers and have been serviced by us since they were first registered. Thanks to Euro warranties, you can buy a used vehicle with all the guarantees of a new one.

Certificate of inspection
This is a certificate attesting to the thorough inspection of the vehicle by a qualified technician. It checks everything from spark plugs to exhaust pipes, from fans to interior lighting.

14-day right of exchange
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your car, for whatever reason, the dealer undertakes to replace it with a comparable vehicle on the sole condition that you return the car within 14 days and have not driven more than 1,000km.

12-month warranty
Each vehicle comes with a full 12-month warranty. This extensive protection covers the costs of spare parts and labor in the event of mechanical or electrical damage.

Free inspection after 1'500 km
We offer you more than a used car garage usually does. The free inspection after 1,500 km is a major factor in this respect. The used car expert ensures that your vehicle is like clockwork. The slightest defect will be repaired immediately.
