Masseur, reflexologist and trainer since 1989, I work on two axes which are individual treatments (sports and therapeutic massage as well as foot reflexology) and massage training.
For individual therapies, I offer:
- Abdominal massage; Adamski method reduction of digestive disorders
- Sports Massage: for your recovery after exercise, shorten your fatigue time....
- Therapeutic massage: deep muscle massage (muscle tension search) to relieve your back or legs
- Circulatory leg massage: to frolic like a gazelle with legs as light as they are relaxed...
- Therapeutic plantar reflexology: to restore homeostasis (the body's general balance) or work on a specific pathology thanks to precise mapping reproducing the whole body under your feet...
- Massage Assis Minute: Joël Savatofski method which, in 20 minutes, relaxes your back (with or without massage oil). Performed on an ergonomic chair.
The training courses are open to all, with no pre-requisites necessary:
- Sports massage course: learning how to give a massage in preparation for exercise, how to give a massage in recovery after exercise, and learning about common sports injuries and what to do in the field...
- Back massage course (advanced): to feel and release all muscular tensions in the back. Learning takes place around the sensation we have at our fingertips of finely feeling all the muscles. This highly personalized massage will be adapted to each person being massaged, thanks to the use of body weight rather than force. I guarantee immediate success for your massages where you'll have "eyes at your fingertips"....
- Strapping course: learning how to use "white" bandages to treat injured athletes on the field. We'll see bandages for ligament, tendon and muscle strain injuries. This course is ideal for all masseurs, sports coaches, hikers, mountain guides, trailers and anyone interested in sportsmen's emergency care...
- Taping course: these are "colored" bandages that drain and activate blood and lymph circulation to accelerate the healing of a sports injury but also to relieve various muscular aches.
- Palpatory anatomy course: you'll learn to feel all the "surface" muscles, spot them, know their attachments and their functions in movement. This course is ideal for all professional or amateur masseurs who want to know "what's under their fingers"... Concrete, lively, fun method, enabling you to link this knowledge directly to your practice.
- Muscular, visceral and reflex tissue rebound training: these ancestral techniques enable muscles, fascia and tendons to be released, allowing the human body to regain its full mobility.
- Stage "How to improve the digestive system of your massaged guests": this course synthesizes belly massage and foot reflexology for the digestive system. No prerequisites are necessary for this course.
- Course "How to improve the circulatory system of your massees":this course synthesizes circulatory leg massage and plantar reflexology of the circulatory and lymphatic system. No pre-requisites necessary for this course.
- Course "How to improve the respiratory system of your massage patients": this course combines the synthesis between massage of the muscles of breathing (diaphragm, inspiratory and expiratory muscles) and plantar reflexology of the respiratory and ENT system. No prerequisites necessary for this course.
- Spironess Breathing School: created by Florence Villien (Doctor in physiology of breathing in extreme conditions), these breathing techniques work to improve stress states but also on your sports performance (endurance and power), intellectual and cognitive capacities. Travel to companies and customized training courses.
