Labeling | Digital printing

Would you like to draw attention to your company? We can label vehicles, shop windows, facades, create advertising boards, stickers, tarpaulins and much more for you and ensure that no one misses your advertising presence.

Not only films, but also PVC sheets, fabric, various papers and nets can be printed directly using digital printing. Thanks to lamination or varnish sealing, the prints have a long service life.

It is possible to print on a wide variety of media. In addition to standard and car wrapping films, PVC tarpaulins, fabrics or a wide variety of papers and films can be printed. Another major advantage is the time saved when using the print, as it is not necessary to cut, weed, tape and label each color separately for a multicolored logo or lettering, for example. In most cases, digital prints are provided with a UV protective laminate to protect the print from fading due to sunlight or damage caused by cleaning an advertising space.

Screen printing

The screen printing process is suitable for almost any material: paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, wood and textiles, to name but a few. The design possibilities cover an immense variety and an almost unlimited color spectrum. Screen printing is also characterized by a very high resistance to light and weathering.

The ink is printed onto the material to be printed through a fine mesh using a rubber squeegee. Special printing inks are used depending on the material. One advantage of screen printing is that the ink application can be varied using different mesh finenesses, meaning that thick layers of ink can be achieved.

Textile printing

Textile printing is the ideal way to apply customized, durable and high-quality advertising or jersey lettering to fabric. Whether flex or screen printing, dye sublimation or embroidery, we are sure to have the right solution for you

Flex printing
The print is made from a thin, smooth and stretchable film. The motif is transferred to the fabric using a transfer press under pressure and heat.

Screen printing
The printing ink is pressed directly onto the textile through a fine mesh fabric using a rubber squeegee. This process is particularly suitable when large quantities are to be produced cost-effectively and yet to a high standard of quality.

Thermosublimation printing
The desired motif is pre-printed on a backing paper and then transferred to the textiles using intense heat. The transferred motifs are practically imperceptible. This process is particularly suitable for white or light-colored textiles.

Stick
Here, the top layer forms an inseparable bond with the bottom layer. This process is chosen by those who want something special and elegant. Multicolored motifs are also possible.
