We, Christine (born 1991) and Tobias (born 1990), have been running the farm with direct marketing since 2020.  As a trained farmer and agrotechnician, Tobias is mainly responsible for the arable farming, composting and the animals. Christine is a trained chef and business economist and is therefore busy in the kitchen, with product development, in the store or office. Together we have two daughters, Emilia (born in 2021) and Sophia (born in 2022).

Sustainability and animal welfare are particularly important to us. We strive to treat nature and animals with the best knowledge, conscience and respect and to care for them accordingly. For example, we have opted for regenerative agriculture and the conversion to a living farm.

We mainly sell our products in our farm store, but we buy vegetables and fruit from the region in particular to expand our range. Anything we produce ourselves is labeled "FROM US" in the store. Popular highlights of the year are the asparagus season, the self-picking season, the pumpkin exhibition and Christmas with the many different Christmas cookies.
