Water contains limescale, which builds up on boiler walls, heat exchangers and pipes. Even a 1 mm thick layer of limescale increases energy consumption by 10%!

Regular descaling is also important for safety reasons. Calcification and sludge build-up can cause considerable damage to the system or parts of it. Repairs, downtime, a shorter service life, higher energy consumption and unnecessary costs are the result!

Working

• Chemical and mechanical descaling of refrigeration systems, heat exchangers, cooling towers, tube bundles, converters, boiler boilers piping systems.
• Heat exchangers (change plates, replace old seals)
• Cooling door hinges ( removal of limescale deposits, cleaning of nozzle blocks, sealing, etc. ) 
• Cleaning boilers and hot water tanks for SVTI inspections
• Ventilation ducts / exhaust air system / monoblocks ( internal cleaning, changing filters )
• Evaporator cleaning cold rooms
• Chemical and mechanical cleaning of domestic boilers and hot water pipes
