Born in 1962, I came into regular contact with massage as a cyclist during my youth and early adulthood.

2000 Examination to become a medical masseur with a federal certificate
This federal exam has only been available since 2000.
In order to maintain the high quality of my work, I attend annual training courses totaling at least 30 hours. At the same time, this serves as quality assurance for health insurance companies.
I have been working full-time as a massage therapist since 1987 and have been able to gain experience through my work in
- a phlebology practice
- a 5-star hotel in the Engadin
- the sports of skiing, cycling, swimming, Swiss wrestling, motor racing, tennis,
golf, athletics, mini golf, handball, arm wrestling (two-time Swiss champion and, in March 2019, two-time world champion Christine Streit)
I have coached various world record holders, world, European, and Swiss champions in these sports; in cycling, I coached the
national team. Including the world champion at the time.
Since 2013, I have been working as a medical masseur and shock wave therapist in a chiropractic practice.
At the beginning of February 2016, I also started my own practice.
Over the years, I have also worked as a specialist teacher in the training of medical massage therapists and have led various continuing education courses for medical massage therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and doctors at various schools and clinics in Switzerland and Austria.
