Equitherapy / therapy with horses:
It is aimed at anyone wishing to evolve in the face of a problem.
It can be a specific pathology as well as a life difficulty.
The relationship with the horse enables, for example, to work on oneself in the face of grief, separation, divorce, etc. It is also a valuable resource for problems such as learning disabilities, autism, mental retardation, hyperactivity, etc.
More broadly, contact with the horse offers the opportunity to address areas of self-confidence and assertiveness, emotional management, concentration, impulsivity.
This is therefore a form of support that is aimed at a broad population, from young children to the elderly.
Equimotricity©:
A newly-arrived method from Belgium that addresses every child.
It's an approach stemming from psychomotricity with the pony as a guide.
Sessions take place in small groups and notably enable
- develop self-confidence, autonomy and imagination
- learning to listen to oneself, the other and the animal
.
- improve concentration, understanding and application of instructions
- discover his body, coordination and balance
.
Sessions for children aged 2 to 4 take place in the presence of an adult. This adult can be one of the parents or grandparents, but also an aunt, godfather or any other person willing to share a moment of pleasure and complicity with the child.
In sessions aimed at older children (5 to 8 years old), the children interact with each other in the presence of the pony, which will help create a bond between them. It's a wonderful opportunity to develop communication and reciprocity.
Each session proposes to tackle a specific objective (body schema, spatial or temporal structuring, laterality, etc.) through a theme.
Find the program of sessions every month and register your child according to your choice.
Sessions can be attended on a regular or occasional basis.
