As a notary, I also advise you on all notarization issues, draw up public deeds, such as marriage and inheritance contracts, wills, preliminary contracts for property purchases or the formation or transformation of companies and support you in the implementation of such contracts. Advice
It is often better, easier, quicker and cheaper to find out about the legal situation and the various options before concluding a contract or taking business steps than to correct a mistake afterwards. Only those who are aware of the possible consequences can make the right decisions and take the right action. You should therefore seek advice about your rights and the risks. Consulting a lawyer at an early stage can improve the initial situation and prevent a legal dispute later on.

Our law firm

The company

Lic. iur. Rolf Liniger founded the law firm in 1989 together with a partner. The office quickly established itself in Olten. After the move to Jurastrasse and the subsequent departure of the partner, a phase of specialization and increased activity in criminal defence began.
