Oltech GmbH, the specialist center for work integration in the Olten-Gösgen-Gäu-Thal region with its head office in Olten, offers a differentiated and needs-based range of employment opportunities for the professional and social integration of people without employment on behalf of the AWA (Office for Economy and Labor of the Canton of Solothurn) to the local communities and the IV.

We identify the potential of the participants and support them through practical work, education and supervision.The overriding aim is to reintegrate participants into the primary labor market by building and consolidating their professional, methodological, personal and social skills.

We support participants with intensive case management/support from employees trained in social work, coaching or adult education. We assess the participants' psychosocial situation and provide advice and support on these issues.

We also connect participants with other institutions if necessary and provide information about the various counseling services available.

We want to ensure that participants seek external help in solving their personal problems so that jobseekers can concentrate fully on their job search in the future.
